Philip M. Lebenbaum
Attorney/Senior Partner
For over 35 years, I have been proudly representing Oregonians injured at work and on the roads.
My experience has taught me how to obtain the benefits you deserve from insurance companies and, when they refuse, how to litigate and fight for those benefits. I have represented thousands of injured Oregonians over the years and have seen all types of injuries, both physical and emotional. I know how these injuries affect clients and their families. When I represent you, I treat your case like it were my family’s case.
My practice focuses on work injuries, automobile injuries, personal injuries, social security benefits, and employment discrimination matters. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar and Multnomah Bar Association. I represent clients in Oregon’s state and federal courts, and handle appellate cases in the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in the Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California at Berkeley. I graduated with honors from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark.
I have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. I have lived and worked in Portland since 1982. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, fishing, and watching the Timbers and Thorns.
